We go above and beyond

This customer had suffered severe damage to their family home. We arrived to assess the level of damage.  Upon arrival our crew immediately noticed the shattered door leading into the home.  Before he discussed with the customer the importance of boarding this door quickly. Not only to prevent further damage, but also to keep his home safe from opportunists. The customer was grateful for our teams attention to their safety and the safety of their damaged home. Once the window was properly boarded and secured, our team then continue the assessment of the damage.  They were able to get to work immediately.
